Madeline & James: Beautiful Burgundy and Gold Castle Wedding

So excited to share with you this gorgeous burgundy | green | gold themed castle wedding at one of our favorite venues, Markree Castle! Madeline and James had a solid vision for their color palette and design details, using elegant rich burgundy as the main tone softened with softer pinks and lots of gorgeous green tones like eucalyptus. Gold accents were a must given the gilded brilliance of the castle’s dining room. We’re obsessed with Madeline’s look and overall, a wonderfully executed style featuring the floral talents of the supremely gifted Fleur Weddings. The spiritual ceremony took place in the castle’s very own chapel, and Irish drummers got the party started as they transitioned from dinner to dancing. “Michelle, Orla, and the whole Waterlily Weddings team was incredible and invaluable to planning and executing the most incredible wedding of my dreams!” recalls Madeline. “Michelle had everything down to the smallest detail organized and ready to go before the day even kicked off. She knew exactly what I wanted and worked with all of the staff and other professionals to see that vision executed…so myself and all my guests could just enjoy the moment.
