Our couple chose the gorgeous Markree Castle to host their destination wedding in Ireland. The color palette is an updated classic, with soft pink and dusty rose tones punctuated with pops of darker cappuccino toned blooms. Soft and elegant dusty blue beautifully complimented the color palette and worked in the castle’s royal blue just perfectly. The ceremony took place in the castle’s own medieval style chapel. The reception was held in the main ballroom, beautifully appointed in rich gilded gold and period art pieces. The tables featured a custom designed menu and guest favors — both with a pop of that dusty blue — to perfectly match the stunning floral centerpieces. The cake echoed the theme and colors for a perfect compliment.
