Lindsay and Miten’s legendary Ashford Castle wedding brought together eastern and western traditions. Bright coral, emerald green, white, and gold created a gorgeous color palette. The celebrations began the day before with an incredibly festive and vibrant Indian themed rehearsal dinner complete with food stalls slinging fresh, made to order Indian fare and lots of traditional music and dancing. The next day, the traditional Indian ceremony took place in the Tollman garden under a custom designed floral arbor. Afterwards guests enjoyed cocktail hour inside the castle while Lindsay and Miten explored the castle’s grounds for photos. After, the couple changed into Western wedding attire, including a classic tuxedo for Miten and Rohan and a stunning Caroline Herrera dress for Lindsay and then gathered with everyone in their purpose built glass marquee right on the banks of Lough Corrib. A multi-course dinner featuring traditional Indian fare, from caterers Coriander,  was served family style. Lindsay and Miten’s very own Hoopes Wine from their vineyard in Napa featured throughout the weekend as a wonderful personal touch. And there to document the celebrations and capture some absolutely stunning photos was the incomparable Rob of Epic Love Photography.

The festivities began the day before with an Indian street food style rehearsal dinner celebration.  Tents were decorated Indian style with carpets, lanterns, bright colored flowers, and string lights to create a casual and vibrant street vibe. Food was expertly prepared by Coriander, each stall featuring a traditional item that was made fresh to order and a unique Bollywood-themed menu display.  Guests were invited to grab food and a glass of Hoopes Vineyard wine as they made their way around the space, tasting bites and chatting with each other.  Lindsay and Miten made their entrance and then the party really began: music and dancing into the night.
