Born in England, raised in Ireland and fell in love with New Zealand (twice!), she now splits her time between America and Ireland. Michelle followed her entrepreneurial calling and started Waterlily Weddings in 2006, bringing with her years of event and marketing experience as the Managing Director of Originate Brand Solutions in Dublin. Fast forward 15 years and her thriving international destination wedding venture is known for creating beautiful wedding days, with as much fun and as little stress as possible. Creative collaborations are her passion. 
 
When not planning stunning weddings you will find her traveling, in Ballet class, on the sideline of the different sports her three sons play or hiking with her Cockapoo Eva. She is married to her soulmate, Matthew, who she met on a 4th of July blind-date on the beach in Ocean City, Maryland, while on an Irish student exchange.
