Another Dubliner, Sile and Michelle met as students in the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1992. Over the next 15 years Sile, managed corporate events in both the Irish hospitality and Beauty industries. Her love of events, travel and Ireland’s amazing castles and country manors created a passion for producing unique, authentic wedding celebrations in Ireland. Add to this her creativity and a near-obsession for attention to detail have made her the backbone of the Waterlily Weddings team for over 10 years. 
 
When not coordinating a wedding day you will find her travelling Europe and remote parts of Ireland, hiking the coastline around Dublin, managing her four children’s crazy schedules and sipping a cocktail with her husband Damien. Sile is also involved in Grow in Ireland, a charity focused on nurturing positive mental health.
